The harddisk filesystem is damaged because windows was writing to it when it got cut off. You must try to restore it by right-clicking drive C in my computer, then go to properties or something like it (i have the dutch version, so i'm not sure what it's called) then go to the tab extra and click the check button (or something like it)
Then enable the upper checkbox and click ok. Then you will get a message and it asks if you want to execute it the next time windows will start. click yes and restart, let the computer run the control. If this doesn't work, i'm afraid you have to reinstall windows.
